I would highly recommend Heathgate. Viv and her team provided a great service when my daughter was looking for her first flat. They even went through the lease with her making sure she understood it all. So helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Very satisfied customers and my daughter is extremely pleased with her flat.

Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.

Heathgate were very helpful in the whole buying process. We would highly recommend.

I've worked with Stephan: viewing, reference and checkin were done in extremely professional and fast manner, no wasting of time and the apartment is exactly what I wanted. Although the price is high, but the ratio of overall quality (service + apartment) to the cost is exceptionally efficient so the price is well justified.

I found Stephan at Heathgate a pleasure to deal with. Their team is professional, efficient and when a minor hiccup occurred they reacted with grace and alacrity to bring my experience to a very satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommend. Josh, Primrose Hill

My experience with Heathgate has been excellent. Speedy, efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. It has been marvellous.

Daniel was very helpful in the whole buying process. We would highly recommend.

Heathgate are great. I dealt with Chris Michael. He went above and beyond to help me get the right property for me and my daughter and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!!!

Heathgate properties and especially Vivienne did her absolute best, initially promoting our 3 bedroom flat for sale and getting prospective buyers!! They gave us frequent feedback and continually followed up with potentially buyers, allowing us to make our final selection. Thank you for your professional and excellent work in helping with the sale of our flat. We would certainly recommend your company to prospective sellers.

Very smooth and professional service. Stephan went out of his way to assist and welcome us during and after our move to London. Thank you!

Viv is a true professional and master of her trade. She knows the area like no other and offers a level of service and professionalism that you will not find in a multi office chain. If you want the best results, go no further.

Pleasure working with Stephan - great service!

We’ve had nothing by excellent service from Heathgate during the sale of our property. Daniel was brilliant, so knowledgeable and friendly that it made the whole process far less stressful than it could have been. We would certainly recommend Heathgate.

I’m so glad we found Heathgate. We had been looking for a house in the Hampstead/Highgate area for some time but nothing seemed right for us. We dropped into their office and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Going through their properties and sorting out appointments for us. Would highly recommend them.

Exceptional service and high professionalism standards! My wife and I worked with Stephan in finding our new flat to rent. From the veiewing onwards Stephan himself and the team in Heathgate have been very helpful showing active interest in not only closing the deal but also help with any detail along the way. Highly recomended.

Adam at Heathgate sold our flat and he was outstanding from the first moment. We felt he was honest with us at all times, he got us three offers within a week and he went above and beyond the call of duty. We really couldn't recommend him more highly, he was always available to talk and trouble shoot, and he worked with us and the buyer to ensure the sale went through, which was challenging at times and he stayed calm and focussed under pressure. Amazing job!

As soon as I fell in love with the flat I'm in now, Adam did everything possible to make it happen, including selling the one I was in! Thank you, thank you.

Heathgate estate agents are highly knowledgable and very hard working. They have excellent communication practices, which is so important. I felt that I was always kept fully, promptly and clearly informed throughout the process.

Vivienne is extremely professional, honest. always willing and an absolute delight to work with. I would highly recommend Vivienne and her team at Heathgate.
