Property Management Services Division by Heathgate carry out the following duties:
- Arrange for professional Inventory/check-in and check-out procedures
- Inspect the property prior to a new tenancy to ascertain whether repairs, redecoration or other works are necessary
- Take meter readings and check that all facilities have been transferred to the incoming tenant
- We can organise repairs and any building/decorating works. These are carried out by regular contractors to ensure a high quality and rapid service
- We collect rent at the appropriate intervals and disperse all outgoings including any service charges, ground rents or other expenses, on behalf of the client
- Provide a full Statement of Account, which specifies the whereabouts of all clients funds and the balance to be forwarded to the client or held in a preferred account. There may be the necessity to deduct tax if the client is not registered in the UK for tax purposes
- Inspect the interior of the property quarterly to monitor the general condition
- Organise, if required, cleaning, interior design and furnishing to ensure that the property is always maintained to the highest standard and adherence to all the necessary legal responsibilities
