Having previously had vast experience in residential property management Monika now works alongside Shabz as an assistant block manager. She combines attention to detail with excellent customer service which ensures that our Block Management department not only runs smoothly but that our clients and leaseholders are all kept up to date with all information when required and our blocks are inspected and reported upon at regular intervals.

Deirdre Munro

With an eye for detail plus vast accounting and bookkeeping experience, Deirdre oversees our accounts department, providing a seamless service to our clients and contractors alike by ensuring that payments are made efficiently and swiftly. She further assists with other departments especially concentrating on client account reconciliations for our Block Management team.

Alana Louise

Alana Louise is well experienced and in charge of our credit control for the Block Management department. She offers a logical and systematic approach to the task and combined with her organisational skills ensures that all service charges, grounds rent and expenses are logged appropriately onto our systems and collected in a timely manner.

Bunmi Olafisoye

Bunmi has worked in the property management sector for a number of years and ensures that our managed properties and letting administration remain fully up to date. She is currently studying for her ARLA exams (Association of Residential Letting Agents) to support her already vast knowledge of the ever- changing regulation and legislation, required for compliance within the residential letting industry.

Nicola runs our rental and property management accounts division ensuring that all client monies are up to date and reconciled. She is also ARLA qualified (Association of Residential Letting Agents) which enables Heathgate to maintain the highest standards of industry compliance whilst constantly evolving approved practice including the updating of our software systems and all aspects of regulatory advice.
