Sales, Lettings, Lettings Management, Residential Block Management or Commercial Management, Covid 19 Regulations impact on us all.
At Heathgate we are most concerned with the safety of all our clients and applicants, with special attention to those who are allowing prospective buyers and renters into their properties.
Key points:
- We remain, in line with government guidelines and are open for business as usual.
- We are committed to keeping our staff, our clients, and all those that work and live in the properties that we manage safe and healthy.
- All viewings are only with the agreement of the current occupiers of any property. There is an absolute requirement to wear a mask and sanitise hands prior to, during and after your visit. Visits will be kept as short as possible to ensure the safety of all.
- Though rents and service charges will continue to be collected, some major works and some non-essential maintenance may need to be reduced during lockdown periods.
Please be reassured that these important aspects of management will be maintained:
- Fire equipment maintenance including Automatic Opening Vents, alarms, extinguishers and emergency lighting.
- Buildings insurance and Public Liability insurance.
- Gardening, though this may decrease on a number of sites with the coming winter months.
- Cleaning of internal common areas with contractors who are Covid safe aware.
- The majority of Health and Safety inspections and statutory testing.
- The provision of all utilities.
- Lifts and pumps maintenance.
- Emergency repairs, as required.
Safety first:
- If you are allowing a viewing of your property, please remain in one room, at a distance, so that our agents can conduct the viewing with minimum interaction.
- If you are viewing a property please stay with the agent so that interaction is kept to a minimum. If you could minimise touching surfaces, this is always appreciated.
- Please ensure you keep you sanitise your front door after any deliveries or appointments.
- Please maintain your distance from other residents and any on site contractors.
- If you live in a flat or residential community and are self-isolating, please place your rubbish in the correct bins on a minimal basis, wear a mask and hand sanitise before and afterwards.
Our staff are available in the office, by phone and email to address any concerns you may have. Please continue to follow the current Government Guidelines and Stay at Home where possible.
Stay safe.
