Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.

I would highly recommend Heathgate. Viv and her team provided a great service when my daughter was looking for her first flat. They even went through the lease with her making sure she understood it all. So helpful and very knowledgeable about the area and amenities. Very satisfied customers and my daughter is extremely pleased with her flat.
