Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.

Adam at Heathgate sold our flat and he was outstanding from the first moment. We felt he was honest with us at all times, he got us three offers within a week and he went above and beyond the call of duty.
