Rented my flat in Belsize Park through Heathgate, they were totally professional, friendly and helpful. Would certainly recommend them.

I found Heathgate to be by far the most competent estate agency that I have used to sell properties. Viv was professional, reliable, hard-working and just a pleasure to work with. I have no complaints whatsoever and would highly recommend them to potential vendors.

We were truly impressed with Heathgate. Not only did they work out a bespoke marketing plan for our home, enabling us to find a buyer with relative ease in the current uncertain climate but they provided a great service and we enjoyed dealing with them.

Heathgate properties and especially Vivienne did their absolute best, initially promoting our 3 bedroom flat for sale and getting prospective buyers!! They gave us frequent feedback and continually followed up with potentially buyers, allowing us to make our final selection. Thank you for your professional and excellent work in helping with the sale of our flat. We would certainly recommend your company to prospective sellers.

As soon as I fell in love with the flat I'm in now, Adam did everything possible to make it happen, including selling the one I was in! Thank you, thank you.

Excellent service, huge patience, wonderful support and response. Intelligent and very knowledgeable.Very grateful, Anne Alvarez

My experience with Heathcote has been excellent. Speedy, efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. Chris has been marvellous.

Heathgate did a great job for us selling our home. Their advice was helpful and honest and they kept us informed every step of the way. We found them to be professional and friendly, putting us at ease during what can be a very stressful process. We will definitely use them again.

Daniel was very helpful in the whole buying process. We would highly recommend.

Pleasure working with Stephan and Chris - great service!

I found the service of Heathgate to be both charming and professional. Vivienne Harris was able to deal smoothly and efficiently with all the problems that sometimes arise during a transaction and I would not hesitate to reinstruct the firm again if the occasion arose.

Exceptional service and high professionalism standards! My wife and I worked with Stephan in finding our new flat to rent. From the veiewing onwards Stephan himself and the team in Heathgate have been very helpful showing active interest in not only closing the deal but also help with any detail along the way. Highly recomended.

Heathgate are great. I dealt with Chris Michael. He went above and beyond to help me get the right property for me and my daughter and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!!!

Pleasure working with Stephan - great service!

Exceptional service! They marketed and sold our property for us with professionalism, integrity and humour even when there was a slight hitch, which they sorted out quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties. We will certainly be using them again. R

Adam Mincer at Heathgate was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable on the properties he showed us and had clearly developed rapport with the different sellers. He went above and beyond the call of duty in several occasions. I would recommend him as someone to work with both when selling and purchasing.

We recently moved to new place. Chris is the most amazing agent ever who helped us with perfect service. He is sorting out all of issues as like friend with seamless management service. We felt he is really on our side. We are very much satisfied with him and highly recommend.

We had a very good experience with Heathgate and, in particular, with Chris Michael. He was very efficient, helpful and friendly in dealing with the process of moving in and out and issues that arose during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
