Although the price is high, but the ratio of overall quality (service + apartment) to the cost is exceptionally efficient so the price is well justified.

Small but professional

Adam at Heathgate sold our flat and he was outstanding from the first moment. We felt he was honest with us at all times, he got us three offers within a week and he went above and beyond the call of duty. We really couldn't recommend him more highly, he was always available to talk and trouble shoot, and he worked with us and the buyer to ensure the sale went through, which was challenging at times and he stayed calm and focussed under pressure.
