Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.

I popped in here for a brief fact-finding about a local property. The agent was friendly and open and (it subsequently transpired) honest in his account of the proprty in question. On that slim basis, I can commend.
