Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. I've worked with Stephan: viewing, reference and checkin were done in extremely professional and fast manner, no wasting of time and the apartment is exactly what I wanted. Although the price is high, but the ratio of overall quality (service + apartment) to the cost is exceptionally efficient so the price is well justified.
