Over a number of years Heathgate have sold 3 of my properties, rented a flat to me and I have bought through them.I find them to be professional and friendly and would certainly use their services again.

Viv and the team were perfect for me. I found them to be professional, efficient, courteous, proactive and excellent communicators. They found me the perfect buyer at the first viewing and managed the whole process brilliantly from start to finish. They helped resolve issues and kept me regularly updated.

We recently moved to new place. Chris is the most amazing agent ever who helped us with perfect service. He is sorting out all of issues as like friend with seamless management service. We felt he is really on our side. We are very much satisfied with him and highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Vivienne and her team at Heathgate. They provided a very helpful and professional service when I was looking for a flat to rent in London. A great experience from start to finish, nothing was too much trouble and the various options and contracts explained clearly. I will certainly use them again.

I sleep soundly because I know that Vivienne and her team are managing my properties to perfection. They are reliable and responsive and deal with any problems quickly and efficiently. As soon as my tenants gave us notice Heathgate lined up new tenants ready to move in.I will definitely recommend Heathgate.

Adam Mincer at Heathgate was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable on the properties he showed us and had clearly developed rapport with the different sellers. He went above and beyond the call of duty in several occasions. I would recommend him as someone to work with both when selling and purchasing.

I found the service of Heathgate to be both charming and professional. Vivienne Harris was able to deal smoothly and efficiently with all the problems that sometimes arise during a transaction and I would not hesitate to reinstruct the firm again if the occasion arose.

Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.

It has been a total pleasure working with Adam in the purchase of my new flat. Adam ensured that the entire process went seamlessly: He is incredibly knowledgeable about the business, refreshingly clear and straight-forward, brilliant with advice, and a dream estate agent. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Thank you, Adam!

Heathgate properties and especially Vivienne did her absolute best, initially promoting our 3 bedroom flat for sale and getting prospective buyers!! They gave us frequent feedback and continually followed up with potentially buyers, allowing us to make our final selection. Thank you for your professional and excellent work in helping with the sale of our flat. We would certainly recommend your company to prospective sellers.

I've worked with Stephan: viewing, reference and checkin were done in extremely professional and fast manner, no wasting of time and the apartment is exactly what I wanted. Although the price is high, but the ratio of overall quality (service + apartment) to the cost is exceptionally efficient so the price is well justified.

Exceptional service! They marketed and sold our property for us with professionalism, integrity and humour even when there was a slight hitch, which they sorted out quickly and to the satisfaction of all parties. We will certainly be using them again. R

Vivienne and her team is the best estate agent ive ever dealt with! Very patient, helpful and extremely professional.Highly recommended!!!⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Truly Exceptional…!I Have had good experiences throughout the years, but nothing compares to the level of professionalism, care and promptness that Heathgate presented and delivered.Stephan truly and sincerely helped us with our 1 year rental in London and made our move-in, move-out an experience that not only was flawless and smooth, rather makes one rethink and set such standards by example. Thank you..!My sincere thanks to all the team at Heathgate for your exceptional service…

My experience with Heathcote has been excellent. Speedy, efficient, friendly and incredibly helpful. Chris has been marvellous.

Heathgate are great. I dealt with Chris Michael. He went above and beyond to help me get the right property for me and my daughter and we couldn’t be happier. Highly recommended!!!

Exceptional service and high professionalism standards! My wife and I worked with Stephan in finding our new flat to rent. From the veiewing onwards Stephan himself and the team in Heathgate have been very helpful showing active interest in not only closing the deal but also help with any detail along the way. Highly recomended.

I found Stephan at Heathgate a pleasure to deal with. Their team is professional, efficient and when a minor hiccup occurred they reacted with grace and alacrity to bring my experience to a very satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommend. Josh, Primrose Hill

We’ve had nothing by excellent service from Heathgate during the sale of our property. Daniel was brilliant, so knowledgeable and friendly that it made the whole process far less stressful than it could have been. We would certainly recommend Heathgate.

Daniel was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. Thank you for all your hard work.
