We recently moved to new place. Chris is the most amazing agent ever who helped us with perfect service. He is sorting out all of issues as like friend with seamless management service. We felt he is really on our side. We are very much satisfied with him and highly recommend.

Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.
