Heathgate is a breath of fresh air compared to our previous block managing agent, whose work was adequate, but did not offer the personal care and consideration that Heathgate does. Everything now is dealt with calmly and professionally, and we have the peace of mind knowing, that although we are just a smaller local building, we do not have a junior staff member whose role is only a tick box exercise. We now feel part of an established local community with a managing agent who has been providing a high level of service to the area, for such a long time.

I've worked with Stephan: viewing, reference and checkin were done in extremely professional and fast manner, no wasting of time and the apartment is exactly what I wanted. Although the price is high, but the ratio of overall quality (service + apartment) to the cost is exceptionally efficient so the price is well justified.

I can only say that I've had the best service and nothing was too much of a hassle for the team. Our calls, emails and meetings were always answered and quickly as well as going over and beyond the tight schedules we gave to them. All in all a great experience and would recommend Heathgate again as well as use them again.
