For works costing over £400 we charge: 12.5% plus VAT, 15% including VAT
of the total cost of the works. For example should the works amount to a
cost of £1000 the commission will amount to £150
Our standard charge for a SOLE agency LETTING ONLY instruction is:

9% plus VAT, 10.8% including VAT of the annual rental amount.
For example on a rental of £500 per week the commission will amount to £2808.00
Our standard charge for MULTIPLE agency LETTING ONLY instruction is:
Let only service includes marketing and viewings, photographs and floorplans.
11% plus VAT, 13.2% including VAT of the annual rental amount.
For example on a rental of £500 per week the commission will amount to £3432.00
Our standard charge for SOLE agency MANAGEMENT AND LETTING
The service includes as above, plus arranging quotes and repairs, routine
inspections, advising utility companies re occupant changes, holding keys.
Instruction is: 14% plus VAT, 16.8% including VAT of the annual rental amount.
For example on a rental of £500 per week the commission will amount to £4368.00
Our standard charge for MULTIPLE agency MANAGEMENT AND LETTING
The service includes as above, plus arranging quotes and repairs, routine
inspections, advising utility companies re occupant changes, holding keys.
Instruction is: 16% plus VAT, 19.2% including VAT of the annual rental amount.
For example on a rental of £500 per week the commission will amount to £4992.00
