Q5 Favourite London Street? Park Lane
Q6 Favourite client/sale (no names!) ? This person wandered into my office 5 years ago and bought a lovely flat in Hampstead. Not only were they as good as their word but delightful and friendly throughout the transaction. Subsequently they have sent other clients who have bought, sold and rented via Heathgate and they still remain a favourite client of mine and everyone in the office
Q7 Favourite place – shop/restaurant/park etc. – and why? Soho for its buzz. Selfridges for the variety. The Ledbury for the excellent food. Hampstead Heath for the walks and views, the interesting and almost rugged terrain, the expanse of it, the ponds and the wildlife
Q8 Favourite place to grab a coffee? The Coffee Cup in Hampstead High Street
Q9 Where do you go for head space in the city? Walking around Hampstead Heath.
Q10 What’s your hidden talent? Dancing
Q11 Period property or new-build? I like both but prefer period
Q12 Take one person, dead, alive or fictional, out in London – who and where? Sherlock Holmes to tea at The Ritz where we could chat in quiet comfort.
Q13 Aliens attack – which London landmark/place would you save? The tunnels under the Houses of Parliament so I could mount a retaliatory strike back.
Q14 Creature comfort – one home luxury you can’t live without. My smart television with all the extra channels.
