Now that the sale of my mother’s house has been completed, I and my brothers, sister wish to say how professionally we thought you, Viv and Heathgate handled the entire transaction.
What could have been a stressful time for us after our mother’s death was made comparatively smooth and uneventful, as your team managed all that side of the process. The service you gave was excellent, accompanying potential buyers and, in effect, shielding us from the ups and downs of the transaction, judging perfectly the marketing strategy and the sale negotiations.

"Over time I have purchased four residential properties through Heathgate to be held on long term investment. In each case they were acquired in a non-refurbished condition and Heathgate were instructed to manage them.
In each instance Heathgate selected a contractor to oversee the refurbishment. Coming from South London and heavily pregnant we began our search for a rented home in Hampstead. Although we did not know area well we do have many friends who recommended the neighbourhood. Finding Snooky was the best thing we could have done as he instantly understood our requirements and made the process very easy.
